Welcome to Elemental, a 2.5 acre rural garden in Canterbury.  Named for the four elements, the air, fire, water and earth that form the foundation of the natural world and of our human existence.  When the elements are in balance, synchronicity occurs at a greater rate and our direction becomes clearer.  We also reconnect with our innate birthright of creativity, something that has been greatly diminished in humans as technology increasingly dominates our experience.

Our community gatherings and events are designed to create a space for you to reconnect with nature and explore your inner elemental self, which includes relaxing and having fun! Elemental invites in a technology-free, clock-free experience.  Letting go of these dominant modern forces if only for a while, allows the mind and heart to fall into resonance with natural rhythms and open to qualities and sensory capabilities previously lost or long forgotten.

The space at Elemental currently offers community-focused facilities.  We have a games room, art room, relaxation shed with an awesome view, therapy space, teepee with firepit, a compost toilet, shower room and an earth hut currently under construction.  Other spaces are waiting in the dreamscape for us to construct when the time is right.

 

We hope you'll find a reason to visit and share in our efforts to bring a sense of physical and emotional connection back to our human experience, one that many of us yearn for.
