For this initial meet-up we'll be brainstorming and exploring "health" from every angle possible, using card suggestions to get the inspiration flowing, talking and listening to one another and busting open any limiting beliefs about what is possible for each of us in 2026.

I'd like to welcome you to Elemental, where health to me means being inspired by the 4 elements of nature, (earth, water, fire and air) and the Wheel of Life shared by many wisdom traditions from around the world.. I'd love to share the health perspective I've gained across my 53 years of life, the bumps in the road and triumphs, what I dream of for the year ahead - and then hear all about you, your motivations for joining this group and what you hope to gain from it.
